In teams of 3, Amrap 25’: 20 Clean and Jerk 30 Toes to bar 60 Box jump over 30 Toes to bar 20 Front Squat Start with 30/20kg and increase by: Mens: 10kg, Girls: 5kg each round. *Two athletes working, while 3rd is need to accumulate 2’ of Plank hold. After 3rd athlete finish plank, athletes will switch*
