100 m Run

The workout is executed in the following manner:

one partner completes 10 squat cleans and 100 m run,

then the other does 10 squat cleans and 100 m run,

then again the first one does 9 squat cleans and 100 m run,

then the other does 9 squat cleans and 100 m run, etc.
