50 Push Up

40 BJO 60/50 cm

30 Pull Up

20 Double Front Rack KB Step Up 2x20/2x12 kg

10 Bear Complex 50/30 kg

When Parnter A completes the run, partner A and B continue the AMRAP while partner C goes to run, etc.
