300 m Run
Push Press 40/20 kg
Wall Sit
One athlete does the run, while the second accumulates push press reps only if the third is holding the wall sit. When the athlete completes the run they change in the following order:
Run > Push Press > Wall Sit
Result is total number of Push Press completed.
