Teams of 3 AMRAP 25:

200 m Run

Plank Hold

Thruster 40/25 kg

One athlete starts with the run, while the other two with thruster and plank hold.

As long as the athlete holds the plank, the other can do thrusters.

When the third athlete comes back from running, they switch positions in the following pattern:

run > plank > thruster
